This fabric was sourced from Nishijin, which is famous for its fine brocades in Kyoto. We are fortunate to get to know a company who had been making traditional Japanese dolls and buying some of their fine fabrics from their warehouse. Check out the video for how the fabric shimmers beautifully. This is the first design we have made using this excellent quality fabric. Complete with leather strap.
